EPG Software Update for Sharp LC32GD8E 32?LCD Colour Television

I was having problems with my Sharp Aquos TV LC32GD8E. It kept crashing when I was changing channels on the EPG. Result was to contact Sharp who sent out a software card which when inserted into the back of the TV updates the software. Result? All repaired which is great.

Now - how to get more resolutions using VGA input...1024 X 768 just ain't enough.
