UK FREE Delivery

Free delivery items (online orders only) are dispatched by Royal Mail 1^st class recorded delivery and approximately 95% are delivered next day but please allow up to 3 days.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.

If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.

UK Special Delivery

These items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery. Delivery to the majority of UK postcodes is guaranteed next working day by noon (a large majority are also delivered on Saturday but it is not guaranteed). Due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions etc then your item may be delayed. Exclusions are as follows: -

Ireland (Eire)

All items dispatched for delivery to Ireland (Eire) are sent by Royal Mail using their Airsure service. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

International Delivery

All items dispatched for delivery outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail using their Airsure or Swiftair Registered service. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery depending on the country of destination.

In Stock

This indicates that this item was in stock with OFFTEK as of this morning. If an item is ordered that is indicated as in stock and due to high demand all stock has been allocated and the order cannot be dispatched the same day, then we will inform you via phone or email of this fact.

In Stock (1-2D)

This item is in stock with the manufacturer and takes 1-2 working days to acquire once an order is received. This item is then dispatched using the delivery method selected at the time of ordering.

In Stock (3-5D)

This item is in stock with the manufacturer and takes 3-5 working days to acquire once an order is received. The item is then dispatched using the delivery method selected at the time of ordering.

5-15 days

This item is not currently in stock with the manufacturer and is in short supply and will take approximately 5-15 days to obtain. This item is then dispatched using the delivery method selected at the time of ordering.
